We will meet on the parking of the Centre Culturel in Leudelange in order to carpool to go to Schoenfels. We will return to the same place around 6pm to finish the afternoon in the outdoor bistro 'An der Eech' in Leudelange
A registration is also needed for the trip to Bitburg Thursday, June 30th from 9am to 6pm with for a visit of the Städtische Bibliothek der Dr.-Hanns-Simon-Stiftung (Haus BEDA) (open from 9am to 1pm, 3 to 18.30pm) with a special collection of 150 family books of the region and optionally the visit of the Kreismuseum (open from 11am to 5pm) - Please register

The team of the National Archives started their courses in paleography with old German of the 19th century. Beginners can register for the next course starting in October (Oct 13, 20, 27 and Nov 3). For more details, click here.

432 births 1797-1823 of the former township of Eppeldorf by Micheline&Fernand HERMES-METZ
6.297 births 1800-1923 of the township of Beaufort by Nico WEIS
5.892 births 1799-1923 of the township of Heiderscheid by Marguy SCHAACK-RASQUIN. Now all the births of the civil registers until 1923 of the cantons of Clervaux, Vianden and Wiltz have been entered in our database.
252 births 1796-1814 of the former township of Moersdorf by Ramona et Marcel LINCK-GAMBUCCI
603 deaths 1909-1923 of the township of Troisvierges by Aloyse JODOCY
986 baptisms 1718-1796 of the parochia of Bigonville by Ferd KOEUNE
596 marriages 1840-1923 of the former township of Mecher by Georges EICHER

On the basis of the birth and marriage records, already entered in the region and period, we can derive the statistics on births and marriages by month (in %)
Maintaining the highest quality of information, is one of the primary goals of our project and we therefore only enter data based on copies of authentic acts.
